I'm as passionate about creating dishes that deliver an explosion of distinct, pure flavours and unexpected combinations as I am about classic Mediterranean cuisine.
My kitchen is a place of calm, built on teamwork and good organisation with a touch of humour and playfulness. I believe the best dishes are created in an environment where creativity, knowledge and collaboration come together.

I've always prepared food to the highest level, and that's what you get to taste. Pitting my drive for perfection against an intrinsic pull to do something different, I create dishes that are both insanely refined and surprisingly playful.
I'm not your average chef, and that's what makes Tiel unique. Tiel is a restaurant concept with the courage to break boundaries while retaining authenticity. Our kitchen is dedicated to character, taste explosions and a touch of individuality you'll never forget.
